Truth Be told

So, I’m sure you have many choices of fitness blogs out there to choose from.  I’m not quite sure what this blog will progress into, but I’m almost certain at times it will be used as a place for me to vent my frustrations about the realities of teaching group exercise, the misconceptions of exercises and diet, and some helpful hints here and there.  I’ll also share my journeys and

my challenges that I’ve decided to take on.  (Like how my mother is going to run her first half-marathon with me).

Like I said, I don’t know what I want this to be.  I know I don’t want it to be just about food, or what exercises are the best.  Maybe I wont have a single follower, maybe I’ll have one?  I will tell you that I’ll share whatever I want, and if you have something you have questions about let me know.   Please be nice 🙂  I’m not the expert on everything, but I do my research.  Enjoy the journey!
